Lessons That the Pandemic Taught Businesses

We just loved reading this truly insightful article from AFR. It’s called What business learnt in the time of coronavirus.

The piece has some hard-hitting perspectives from business leaders from across multiple sectors. This one in particular, is especially absorbing:

Smart leaders realised they had to make the judgment calls and do that without data. This wasn’t the place for lone heroes or heroines: the only way they could make these calls was by operating as a team and getting intelligence from inside and outside the organisation and from the bottom levels of the organisation.

Hope Hailey

There are a lot more insights in the rest of the article. If you want to read the rest of it, just click on this link to The Australian Financial Review website.
